Release 4.0 SP2 (July 27, 2008)

• [Stefan] Version 4 licenses were not recognized when launching a project file by double-clicking it, instead of opening it with with the file open dialog or the recent files list - the application ran in demo mode.
• [Stefan] New feature: Simplified license file handling: The license file now is stored in a central, user-accessible location. In the future, there will be no more need to manually copy the license file when installing service packs, etc.

Release 4.0 SP1 (April 25, 2008)

• [Jim] When attempting to save a project while documents of specific types (e.g. Word Docs) located within document store still were open, an error was produced and the project file became corrupted.
• [Jim] Entering a non-numeric value into the runs per step table (limiting volume cells) resulted in a system error.
• [Jim] Entering a catalogNr already listed in a price list into the source field of a step starting material resulted in an unrelated molarity error message.
• [Stefan] The reference link to a newly created additional price list was not persisted between sessions.

Release 4.0 (January 8, 2008)

• [Michel C.] Price Lists: After deleting materials from a price list containing marked changes, the price list could not be saved any more.
• [Michel C.] Price Lists: Updating with / importing an Excel file with invalid units replaced the invalid units by "L" be default. Now an empty unit cell with an error icon is generated.
• [Stefan] Price Lists: Importing an Excel file resulted in all catalogNr's being marked as duplicates.
• [Jim] Summary charts: After loading more than one project during the same session, the 3D chart cylinders remained selected (yellow) when another bar was selected.

Release 4.0 Beta (October 27, 2007)

• [Jim] Document store: Issues occur when the name of a document to be added contains special characters such as *,%, or '.
• [Stefan] Document store: Deleting a document being referenced in several document stores of a synthesis resulted in orphaned document icons of the remaining references to this document.
• Stefan] Document store - Copy/paste of a document from one document store to another: If the document contained a broken link to the original document, a system error occurred when pasting. 
• [Stefan] Document store: The "Paste" button was not active when a document was previously copied from the desktop or Windows Explorer.
